What does Sweet Treat Fleet sell?

Sweet Treat Fleet is a gift shop offering candy- and chocolate-themed gift boxes for all occasions, including birthdays, holidays, celebrations, and corporate gifting. Each box is thoughtfully curated and designed for sharing and gifting.

How many treats are included in each gift box?

Each gift box contains 15 treats. Item selection and assortment vary by gift box and are subject to change. Please review the product description for complete details prior to purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

All orders are final once placed. Please review your order carefully at checkout. If you believe an error was made, you may contact us as soon as possible via email or Customer Support. While we’ll do our best to help, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Do you offer nut-free, gluten-free, or vegan options?

No. Sweet Treat Fleet does not offer nut-free, gluten-free, or vegan products.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, and gluten. We do not guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Do you provide nutritional or ingredient information?

Ingredient information may be available on individual product packaging or product pages when applicable. Due to the variety of items included in our gift boxes, nutritional values may vary by product.

Will my gift box arrive fresh?

Yes! Our candy and chocolate gift boxes are packaged to help maintain freshness during transit. Shipping details and delivery timelines can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

Your happiness matters to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Support team so we can review your concern. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, but we will make reasonable efforts to address valid issues.

US Individual Gifting

I have a few gifts to send—can I send Sweet Treat Fleet to multiple addresses?
Absolutely! Our website makes it easy to send gifts to multiple addresses in one order. Just add all the items to your cart, then click “Checkout & Send to Multiple Addresses” to begin the checkout process. If you’re sending more than 10 gifts, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

What gift box options can I choose from?
Our prepackaged gift boxes make every gift feel special. We offer premium gift boxes for individual candy and chocolate bars for many occasions, including birthdays, holidays, thank-you gifts, and congratulations. Seasonal gift boxes are also available, so check back often for new designs. Our stores also carry colorful boxes and gift bags for last-minute gifting needs.

Do you sell other party supplies?
Yes! You can add cards, lollipops, or other select add-ons to your order directly from the product page. Create a complete gift experience — perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or just because!

Will pricing information be included with my gift order?
No. We do not include receipts or invoices with gift orders placed online or over the phone. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Simply provide your recipient list, the items you’d like to send, and your gift message — we handle the rest. Please note: we do not offer gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free options.

Can I customize my order?

Can you cater my event?
We specialize in prepackaged candy and chocolate gift boxes, perfect for gifting any occasion, favors, or giveaways. Our boxes are ideal for:

How far in advance do I need to order?
For group or corporate orders, we recommend finalizing your order at least 3 business days in advance of delivery. During peak holiday periods (November–December), we require 7 business days. Shorter lead times may be possible — just reach out to our Customer Support team to discuss options.

You can place an order online through our website. For Corporate or large orders you can place your order over the phone. We ship nationwide, so you can send candy and chocolate gift boxes anywhere in the U.S.

Do I need to pre-order?
No pre-order is required for standard gift boxes — most items are available to order anytime online. For customized or large celebration boxes, we recommend placing your order in advance to ensure availability.

What types of payment do you accept?
For online orders, we accept:

Sending Multiple Gift Cards
For orders of 10 or more virtual gift cards, contact our Gifting Team to set up bulk orders. Each recipient will receive an email with their gift card, your personalized message, instructions for use, and your name so they know who sent it.

Custom Corporate Gift Cards
Custom virtual gift cards can be designed using your company colors, logos, or images. Minimum order value applies. Contact our Gifting Team for assistance with corporate orders.

Redeeming Virtual Gift Cards
Gift cards can be used for purchases online or over the phone. For online orders, enter the gift card code in the cart before checkout. Over the phone, provide the code to our Customer Support team.

Candy & Chocolate Care & Storage

How should I store my candy and chocolate bars?
Keep your gift boxes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Chocolate bars can melt if it’s too warm, so avoid leaving them in a hot car or near a window. For longer storage, you can keep candy in a sealed container or cupboard for up to several months, depending on the type of candy.

How are the gift boxes packaged?
All candy and chocolate bars are packaged in sturdy gift boxes to keep them safe during shipping. Each item is individually wrapped and arranged to prevent shifting or damage. Boxes are designed to stack neatly, making them perfect for gifting or displaying.

Can I travel with my gift box?
Absolutely! Our boxes are great for travel. If you’ll be in warm conditions, consider adding an insulated bag or ice pack for longer trips to help prevent chocolate from melting. Condensation can occur when moving from cool to warm environments, so we recommend keeping boxes in their protective packaging during transport.

How Multi-Address Checkout Works
After adding items to your cart, choose whether you want to ship directly to recipients or send as an e-gift. Add each recipient’s address, and each address will generate a separate order. Your payment method is charged once for the total.

Orders With More Than 15 Addresses
For larger orders, contact our Gifting Team directly. They can help coordinate shipments to multiple addresses in one transaction.

Order Confirmations
You will receive one confirmation email summarizing all of your orders placed through Multi-Address Checkout.

Delivery Notifications
You can track each shipment through your account dashboard. Each order will include shipping details and status updates.

Eligible Products
All of our 15-pack gift boxes and seasonal gift boxes are available for Multi-Address Checkout.

Payment Methods
Currently, Multi-Address Checkout supports credit cards only: Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Selecting Arrival Dates
During checkout, you can choose the desired delivery date for each recipient.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated for each individual order. Standard shipping rates start at $17.95 per address.

Using Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be applied to Multi-Address Checkout orders. To use a promo code, place separate orders for each address.

All gift boxes can be shipped nationwide to any of the 50 states using FedEx and CDL Last Mile.

How Far in Advance Should I Order?
For next-day delivery, orders must be finalized by 2 PM Eastern Time the day before delivery, Monday through Friday. For special occasions, we recommend placing orders 1–2 days in advance to ensure timely arrival. Weather or high-volume holiday periods may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

Shipping Order Minimum
Our shipping order minimum is $49.99 per order.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards for shipping orders online or over the phone.

Products Available for Nationwide Shipping
All chocolate and candy gift boxes are eligible for nationwide shipping.

Freshness Guarantee
Our packaging ensures that your treats arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

Storage During Transit
Gift boxes remain fresh during shipping and can be stored for several weeks in a cool, dry place once received.

How Shipping Works
Each item is securely packaged to prevent shifting or damage. Boxes are stacked with protective liners, and chocolate bars or candy are kept in their original packaging for safety. FedEx or CDL Last Mile delivers your box straight to the recipient’s doorstep.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking number to follow your package’s journey online.

Receiving Your Gift Box
No signature is required. If the delivery cannot be completed, FedEx or CDL Last Mile will attempt a second delivery the following business day.

Shipping to University Campuses or Mailrooms
We ship to student mailrooms. FedEx does not deliver to USPS P.O. Boxes, but mailrooms at universities are eligible. Verify the correct address format with the university before ordering.

Shipping to APO Addresses
We ship to APO addresses within the U.S. Please check with the APO to confirm they accept perishable items.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of any future international shipping updates.

Choosing Arrival Dates
You can select your desired delivery date at checkout. While we cannot guarantee arrival times due to third-party shipping, we recommend ordering 1–2 days in advance for special occasions to avoid stress.

Delivery Times
Next-day delivery is available Monday through Friday for orders placed before 2 PM ET the day prior.

Order Safety and Handling
All gift boxes are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Chocolate bars and candy retain their quality even if delivery is delayed by a day or two.

Sweet Treat Fleet was founded by husband and wife duo Freddy and Shannon in 2024 as a mobile candy truck, bringing fun, delicious treats to events and neighborhoods in the Tri-State area. In 2026, they expanded with their online gift shop, making it easy to send chocolate and candy gift boxes nationwide.
