5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sweet Treat Fleet is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect address information, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is tendered to the shipping carrier.


6. Product Information & Allergen Disclosure

Sweet Treat Fleet products may contain or come into contact with common food allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, and gluten.

We do not offer nut-free, gluten-free, or vegan products.
We do not guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination. Customers assume all risks associated with consumption.


7. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, except where required by applicable law. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Customer Support promptly so the matter may be reviewed.
